Scheduled (unscheduled) calibration procedures for cold water meters
- For the water meter to be calibrated, the Customer provides to the Water Metering Unit controller’s notifications AO-1 and AO-2 about the water meter calibration and unsealing due to the expiration of calibration period.
- For the water meter to be calibrated, the Customer provides to the Water Metering Unit a certificate of no arrears or a receipt notifying of the payment made in the current month.
- After getting a notification about the water meter calibration, the Customer has a right to independently remove the water meter or pay for specialists of the Water Metering Unit to remove/install the water meter.
- For the water meter to be calibrated, the Customer pays for calibration, sealing, and if needed, removal/installation of the water meter.
- After calibrating the water meter, the Water Metering Unit gives the Customer a Calibration Certificate of a standard form.
- Upon installation of the calibrated water meter, a specialist of the Water Metering Unit prepares two copies of a water meter sealing report that shall be registered by the Water Metering Unit. The report shall contain the report number, a date of sealing / installation, the Customer’s full name and address, the number and type of the water meter, seal number, a place of installation, the number of the certificate or the payment receipt, and full name of a specialist who installed the water meter and the seal.
