Consumer Survey

Customer Survey on Quality of Services Provided by SCE “Taraz Su”

Dear Customer!

Nowadays, the Committee on Regulation of Natural Monopolies and Protection of Competition under the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter “CRNM&PC”) has been conducting a pilot testing of the draft quality standards for water supply through distribution networks. In future, the CRNM&PC plans to develop quality standards for all services provided by natural monopolies. Therefore, we ask you to take part in the survey aimed at assessing the quality of water supplied through distribution networks. The purpose of the survey is to assess the customers’ preferences with regard to quality of services and the related target indicators.
