Excerpt<\/strong>. \u2026<\/strong>The current Law regulates relationships in acquisition of goods, works and services needed for functioning or performing public duties or statutory activities of the Client, apart from:<\/p>\n

1) Services being purchased from individuals pursuant to labour contracts;<\/p>\n

2) Services purchased from individuals not being entrepreneurs pursuant to fee-for-service contracts;<\/p>\n

3) Travel related services;<\/p>\n

4) State assignments and related goods, works, and services acquired under the budget legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;<\/p>\n

5) Contributions, including those made to authorized capital of legal entities\u2026<\/p>\n
