Obligations of the consumer of services (goods, works) of the natural monopoly entity<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A consumer of services (goods, works) of the natural monopoly entity shall be obliged to:<br \/>\n1) pay for services (goods, works) of the natural monopoly entity on tariffs (prices, rates of charges), confirmed by the authorized body in a timely manner and in a full volume;<br \/>\n2) pay for acquisition and installation of the metering device of regulated communal services (goods, works) in accordance with the conditions of concluded agreements in a timely manner and in a full volume;<br \/>\n3) execute the technical requirements, established by the natural monopoly entities in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;<br \/>\n4) have the metering devices of regulated communal services (goods, works).<br \/>\nFootnote.
