Documents for<\/strong><\/p>\n

Opening a personal account, change of ownership, and making a contract with private entities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. A copy of the identification document;<\/li>\n
  2. Statement of residence (for Public Service Centers);<\/li>\n
  3. Copies of Technical Requirements and a project;<\/li>\n
  4. Water meter datasheet (passport);<\/li>\n
  5. A copy of a sales contract, of a gift contract or another legal document confirming the ownership of the real property;<\/li>\n
  6. Certificate of no arrears of water and sewerage charges.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Other documents that might be required:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. State Certificate for a land;<\/li>\n
    2. The sales contract.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Change in a number of residents:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      1. The statement about the change in the number of residents;<\/li>\n
      2. A copy of the identification document;<\/li>\n
      3. Statement of registered residents (for Public Service Centers).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Temporary departure<\/strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        1. Application form;<\/li>\n
        2. Inspection report;<\/li>\n
        3. Certificate of no arrears of water and sewerage charges.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Lease<\/strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n

          1. Statement of residence;<\/li>\n
          2. The customer shall provide a lease contract, an inspection report to SCE \u201cTaraz Su\u201d irrespective of a water meter;<\/li>\n
          3. Certificate of no arrears of water and sewerage charges.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Measuring instrument (Water meter):<\/strong><\/p>\n

            A consumer of natural monopoly services (goods, works) is obliged to:
            \n1. Pay in full and on time for services (goods, works) provided by a natural monopoly entity at tariffs (prices, fees) established by an authorized body;
            \n2. Pay in full and on time for acquisition and installation of meters used to measure regulated utility services (goods, works) under the terms of concluded contracts;
            \n3. Adhere to any Technical Requirements established by natural monopoly entities in conformity to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
            \n4. Have meters measuring regulated utility services (goods, works) installed.<\/p>\n
