{"id":333,"date":"2017-05-14T20:42:14","date_gmt":"2017-05-14T20:42:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/tarazsu.kz\/?p=333"},"modified":"2018-09-15T06:18:15","modified_gmt":"2018-09-15T06:18:15","slug":"%d0%bf%d0%be%d1%80%d1%8f%d0%b4%d0%be%d0%ba-%d0%b2%d1%8b%d0%b4%d0%b0%d1%87%d0%b8-%d1%82%d0%b5%d1%85%d0%bd%d0%b8%d1%87%d0%b5%d1%81%d0%ba%d0%b8%d1%85-%d1%83%d1%81%d0%bb%d0%be%d0%b2%d0%b8%d0%b9-%d0%bd","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tarazsu.kz\/en\/2017\/05\/14\/%d0%bf%d0%be%d1%80%d1%8f%d0%b4%d0%be%d0%ba-%d0%b2%d1%8b%d0%b4%d0%b0%d1%87%d0%b8-%d1%82%d0%b5%d1%85%d0%bd%d0%b8%d1%87%d0%b5%d1%81%d0%ba%d0%b8%d1%85-%d1%83%d1%81%d0%bb%d0%be%d0%b2%d0%b8%d0%b9-%d0%bd\/","title":{"rendered":"Technical Requirements issuance procedures for connection of an object to the urban water supply (sewerage) system"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>To obtain preliminary Technical Requirements for designing and constructing water and\/or wastewater systems, it is necessary to:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fill in the Application Form; and<\/li>\n<li>Accompany the Application with the following documents:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>The situation diagram (1:2000 scale topographic survey);<\/li>\n<li>A plan for the land parcel and surrounding area (1:500 scale topographic survey) with land parcel boundaries, utilities, buildings, and facilities;<\/li>\n<li>A permission from the third real property owner for connection (if any);<\/li>\n<li>Entitling documents (a copy of the State Certificate for a land, a technical passport, the sales contract, an identification document).<\/li>\n<li>Calculation of water use and wastewater disposal with regard to the capacity and intended use of a facility (for objects requiring the 15 mm water pipe).<\/li>\n<li>A conclusion on connection to water supply, sewerage systems from the utility service provider.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>To obtain a permit for connection to water <\/strong><strong>supply<\/strong> <strong>and\/or sewerage systems, it is necessary to:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fill in the Application Form; and<\/li>\n<li>Accompany the Application with the following documents:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Design of networks and facilities to be connected to the water supply and sewerage systems;<\/li>\n<li>A plan and sectional as-built drawing (1:500 scale) of newly laid water supply and sewerage networks;<\/li>\n<li>A Concealed Work Examination Certificate;<\/li>\n<li>A Pressure Test Certificate for water supply and sewerage systems;<\/li>\n<li>A Certificate of cleaning and disinfection of water supply and sewerage systems;<\/li>\n<li>A Certificate of Delineation of Balance Sheet Attributions of water supply and\/or sewerage systems;<\/li>\n<li>A water meter installation and sealing certificate.
