Technical Requirements issuance procedures for connection of an object to the urban water supply (sewerage) system

To obtain preliminary Technical Requirements for designing and constructing water and/or wastewater systems, it is necessary to:

  • Fill in the Application Form; and
  • Accompany the Application with the following documents:
  1. The situation diagram (1:2000 scale topographic survey);
  2. A plan for the land parcel and surrounding area (1:500 scale topographic survey) with land parcel boundaries, utilities, buildings, and facilities;
  3. A permission from the third real property owner for connection (if any);
  4. Entitling documents (a copy of the State Certificate for a land, a technical passport, the sales contract, an identification document).
  5. Calculation of water use and wastewater disposal with regard to the capacity and intended use of a facility (for objects requiring the 15 mm water pipe).
  6. A conclusion on connection to water supply, sewerage systems from the utility service provider.

To obtain a permit for connection to water supply and/or sewerage systems, it is necessary to:

  • Fill in the Application Form; and
  • Accompany the Application with the following documents:
  1. Design of networks and facilities to be connected to the water supply and sewerage systems;
  2. A plan and sectional as-built drawing (1:500 scale) of newly laid water supply and sewerage networks;
  3. A Concealed Work Examination Certificate;
  4. A Pressure Test Certificate for water supply and sewerage systems;
  5. A Certificate of cleaning and disinfection of water supply and sewerage systems;
  6. A Certificate of Delineation of Balance Sheet Attributions of water supply and/or sewerage systems;
  7. A water meter installation and sealing certificate. It is issued by the Water Metering Unit;
  8. The contract for provision of water and/or sanitation services (the Service Contract).

Note: without the listed documents the Company cannot accept your Application to issue the Technical Requirements for connection to urban water supply and/or sewerage systems.
